About Apointoo

The infrastructure that links campaign to revenue.

Apointoo is becoming the backbone of marketers and agencies that need to close the loop between the Google Ads click and the real outcome. Google Ads sees the click. The business needs to prove what happened next — which campaign drove every qualified lead, booking, quote, and sale.

What Apointoo does, in practice

Three pieces, each shaped around a problem with no off-the-shelf answer.

Attribution that survives the journey

GCLID, UTMs, first touch, last source — held across pages, sessions, and days. When the user comes back a week later and converts, Apointoo still knows which campaign brought the original click.

Integrations that close the loop

Real conversions sent back to Google Ads as offline conversions. Capture via API or SDK. Ingestion of leads, bookings, quotes, sign-ups, and newsletters. Hooks into the CRM, email tool, and messaging tools you already use — no stack change, Apointoo plugs into the experience you already built.

Custom development when off-the-shelf doesn't fit

Some conversions don't fit any generic SDK — a sale closed at the front desk, a quote accepted by message, a lead qualified inside a custom CRM. We build the adapter because we've hit the same problem ourselves with our own clients. That practical experience goes back into the product.

Who is building this

Small team, real problem.

Behind Apointoo is a team of five developers who care about real business problems. Vizuh is the team building Apointoo, but the product speaks for itself: marketers and agencies use Apointoo because it solves the hard part between the click and the revenue.

What we believe

Proof beats vanity metrics

Clicks, impressions, and form fills don't pay the bills. Campaign-attributed revenue does. The whole product is built around that difference.

The customer owns the data

Apointoo is infrastructure. We don't resell, share, or use customer data for anything other than returning the right conversion signal to the ad platforms the customer already pays for.

We track what fits in a form

Sign-ups, bookings, quotes, contacts, newsletters — anything shaped like a form submission. We don't track calls because, honestly, nobody actually can. We'd rather promise less and deliver what matters.

Adapters are replaceable. The data isn't.

BLVD can become OpenDental. Brevo can become Mailchimp. One CRM can become another. What doesn't change is the attribution data between the click and the outcome — that stays with the customer, in their control, in the format Google Ads needs to receive.
